HOw to Fix window missing files

If your system is not turn on or slow or any issue then restart your system in safe mode select by start by command and then write the following command at the start up
command is
bootrec /fixmbr

now the system will fix the error and work properly .
2nd option is to select the window restore point in your system
3rd option is to press the window key + r
then  type %temp%
hit enter
now select all the files and press the Ctrl + Del
